All materials, content, and communications provided by NRAG are considered confidential and proprietary. These materials are intended solely for the authorized recipient and may contain sensitive security-related information.

Recipients agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all materials, and shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, disclose, or otherwise disseminate any NRAG materials, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of Northside Risk Advisory Group.
4. Intellectual Property:
All content, methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables provided by NRAG remain the exclusive intellectual property of Northside Risk Advisory Group. The disclosure or dissemination of materials by NRAG shall not be construed as a grant to the recipient/organization of any ownership or other proprietary right or interest in such confidential or sensitive information, except as set forth in this agreement. The receiving individual/organization shall not acquire any title, ownership, or other intellectual property rights or license from NRAG to any confidential or sensitive information of NRAG by virtue of such disclosure.
5. No Liability:
NRAG makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of the information provided. NRAG shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its materials or recommendations.
